in a thin, pale-green issued, unshaven, ass out & let me mention it again, lost. Four months

without sunlight & every day I visited. Yet I wanted to choose

my own life. My body over his. Not my body for his.

If I leave he won’t remember me. If I leave he won’t remember he was young once,

he’ll have no mirror with which to look back.

He’ll try to kill himself again. He’ll try to kill himself again…
